Former Super Eagles Captain, Joseph Yobo continues to pay
courtesy visits to football stakeholders around the world to solicit support
for his testimonial match scheduled to hold at the Amiesimaka International
Stadium in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on May 27.
The former Nigeria international this time around visited
Stamford Bridge, home ground of Chelsea Football Club where he met the current
Super Eagles captain, Mikel Obi, former England national team captain, John
Terry and captain of the Colombia national side, Ramadel Falcao.

alongside pictures taken with the Chelsea trio on his official Twitter handle
@jyobo234 on Saturday.
Yobo also took time out to visit his former club, Everton
Football Club where he met his defensive partner while he was at the club, Phil
Jagielka and other members of staff.

officer who helped me settle @Everton & our restaurant chefs!,” the former
Marseille, Fenerbahce and Norwich City defender said.
Yobo had earlier in the week visited Upton Park where he
met West Ham trio of Victor Moses, Emmanuel Emenike and Alex Song who had all
signified their intention to be part of the event.
The Joseph Yobo Centenary Game is organized to mark the
retirement from football of Joseph Yobo, captain of the victorious 2013 Africa
Cup of Nations winning Nigeria team, Sportsbiz247 reports .
The match which is being put together by the Joseph Yobo
Foundation in partnership with the Rivers State Government, according to the
organisers, will be an occasion to celebrate a worthy son of the state who had
a distinguished career.
Former Everton teammate, Wayne Rooney and African greats
Samuel Eto'o and Yaya Toure plus a host of other international football
personalities are expected to grace the game.
