The 23 year old helped Nigeria win gold in the AfroBasket
2015 tournament and qualify for the 2016 Summer Olympics, scoring five points
in the championship game against Angola. Overall, Gbinije, who wore No.12 jersey
averaged 7.3 points and 2.1 rebounds per game in the tournament and scored in
double figures twice in eight games.
Gbinije and the American sports management company announced their partnership Tuesday morning via Twitter and Instagram.

with a picture of Gbinije wearing a Roc Nation hat and T-shirt.
Gbinije, who finished his Orange basketball career in the
2016 Final Four, shared the news of his signing as his first post on the social
media site.
"Proud to announce that I’m officially part of the
@RocNation fam#rocnationsports," he wrote.
