Osaze, Sarah celebrate 4th wedding anniversary

NIGERIA international Peter Osaze Odemwingie and Sarah Fallon celebrated their anniversary on Thursday four years after tying the knot in Northampton, England Sportsbiz247.blogspot.com reports.

The Stoke City forward and Sarah got married on 26 May 2012 at a small church in the grounds of Castle Ashby in Northampton after two years of dating. They are blessed with two boys.

The former West Bromwich Albion, who uploaded a picture of himself in celebration mood with Sara on his official Twitter account, also announced that the couple is expecting their first daughter in October.

“Our 4th year anniversary today.  Love my wife, mum of my two boys and our little princess due in October😀! ”, he said.

The 34 year old joined Bristol City on loan for the last ten games and scored two goals in seven appearances for the Championship side.

Born in Russia, Odemwingie progressed through CSKA Moscow's youth system.

Following spells in Nigeria with Bendel Insurance and Belgium with La Louviere he moved to Ligue 1 side Lille in 2003 before moving back to Russia with Lokomotiv Moscow.

Odemwingie signed for West Brom in 2010 for an undisclosed fee and in three seasons at The Hawthorns scored 30 goals in 90 appearances.

He spent four months at Cardiff, who paid £2.25million for him in September 2013, before moving on to Stoke in a player-exchange deal which saw Kenwyne Jones move in the opposite direction.

Odemwingie, who missed most of the 2014/15 season due to a knee ligament injury, has scored five goals in a total of 31 appearances for Stoke.

Internationally Odemwingie has been capped 63 times for Nigeria, scored ten goals. He represented his country at two World Cups, captained them in the 2010 African Cup of Nations and achieved a silver medal with the Super Eagles at the 2008 Olympics.
