NNL: Go Round ready for Remo Stars

AS the Nigeria National League starts its second phase from Saturday, July 23, coach of Go Round FC, Ngozi Elechi says they are ready to continue their quest for promotion.

Elechi, in a chat said they have boosted their team with five new players and their promotion ambition is now just a matter of time.

“I told my management about the situation and they granted me five new players, one from Rangers and another from Giwa FC,” Elechi said.

“I am confident we will win that promotion ticket to the NPFL.”

The young coach continued that their game against Remo Stars on Saturday, being a home game means they must win it.

“The players know that the only way they can turn the table around is to win all home games and then win away.

“Any team that drops points at home will be in trouble since two teams will be relegated at the end of the season,” Elechi said.

Go Round FC in the first round of the league won all of its home games and picked a draw on the road to COD in Lagos.

They take on Remo Stars in Omoku on Saturday after losing in Ijebu Ode by 2-0.
