Nigeria trio of Mikel Obi, Victor Moses and Kenneth
Omeruo were among the Chelsea players that returned to their Cobham training
base for the first day of pre-season training on Monday.
Omeruo who spent last season on loan at Kasimpasa in
Turkey and also expected to join Turkish champions, Besiktas ahead of the new
season, posted a picture with the Super Eagles captain on his official
Instagram account with a short message, “Morning smiles.. Good to see
@john_mikel_obi Have a good week guys”.
Blues captain John Terry also posted a photo of himself
and a number of Chelsea stars to his Instagram account including returning
Moses, who spent last season on loan with West Ham. Young players Kenedy,
Bertrand Traore and Baba Rahman were also back in training.

Terry said along with the picture.
The group had breakfast at 9am before undergoing initial
physical tests to check their fitness on returning from their summer break.
After lunch, they went out to the practice fields at Cobham for their first session of pre-season.
