PLAYERS and officials of Nasarawa United on Monday paid a
courtesy visit to Super Eagles forward, Ahmed Musa at his multi-million Naira
mansion in Rayfield Jos.
The coach Kabiru Suleiman Dogo side who are in Jos for the
Nigeria Professional Football League matchday 26 clash against Plateau United
at the Ram Pam Stadium on Wednesday, took time out to celebrate the Ramadan
festivity with the Leicester City striker.
Musa uploaded a group photograph with the team on his
Instagram page wishing the team best of luck this season.
"Thanks for they visit Nassarawa United, wish you guys
good luck👍👍👍👍⚽️⚽️⚽️" he said along with the
picture via @ahmedmusa718.
In a chat with SportingLife, Nasarawa United forward, Abdulrahman
Bashir, while commending Musa for his kind gesture, said meeting the Super
Eagles has lifted the morale of the players.
"We cannot but appreciate Ahmed Musa for receiving us
with open arms and ensuring that we had a great fun celebrating the Ramadan
festival with him.
"Meeting him at this time of the season is no doubt a morale
booster for us in our quest to finish in the top three position this season,"
Bashir said.
The Lafia outfit are eight on the log with 37 points, eight
points behind league leaders, Plateau United.
