The Club's Director of Football, Alloy Chukwuemeka, told
the players after Monday's training in Ilorin, that they will seize to wear
anything again but Puma.
"Let us put everything to the Pillars game on
Wednesday, it is an important game and that is why we chose to wear our new kit
on Wednesday.
"We have done all the needed formalities to start
wearing it even though we still have consignment to still collect from Puma,"
Chukwuemeka
The Saraki Boys recently signed a five-year partnership
with PUMA through its official Franchisee in Nigeria, Persianas Retail Limited
to become the first ever Nigeria topflight outfit to join Puma's portfolio of

sponsorship of the activities of the NPFL club side till year 2022 by the
German giants’ kit company.
Some of the teams that have benefitted from PUMA’s
partnership include Arsenal FC, Borussia Dortmund and Sydney FC. Some of the
national teams that have also benefitted from PUMA’s partnership include Italy,
Switzerland, Australia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Uruguay.
Meanwhile, Ernest Governor who has not trained with the team
for more than one week, sat out the Monday morning's training.
