NIGERIA international,
Junior Ajayi has described his invitation to the Super Eagles squad for the
upcoming friendlies against Poland and Serbia later this month as a dream come
true, Sportsbiz247.blogspot.com reports.
Nigeria play Poland on March
23 in Warsaw and Serbia four days later at the Hive Stadium in England and the Al
Ahly forward is among the Super Eagles’ squad to be officially unveiled on
Thursday by German coach, Gernot Rohr.
Reacting to his debut
invitation to the senior national team on his official Twitter account
on Tuesday, Ajayi, who was part of Nigeria’s Olympic team that won bronze at the
Rio 2016 Olympics in Brazil, promised to make the country proud.

Ajayi has been in fine form
for his Egyptian club this season, scoring eight goals and assisting nine in 23
games, as they close in a 40th league title with 72 points, 21 points above
closest contender Zamalek.
Since joining the Egyptian
giants from Tunisia's CS Sfaxien, the 22 year old has helped them win the
league, Cup and Super Cup as well as secure a second pace finish in the CAF
Champions League.
