.Coach to be unveiled on Wednesday
By Akeem Lawal
AHEAD of his unveiling at the conference room of the indoor Hall of the Kwara State Stadium complex in Ilorin on Wednesday, newly appointed Kwara United Technical Adviser, Coach Abubakar Bala says it will not be an easy task guiding the team out of the present situation.

Sportsbiz247.blogspot.com reports that the Flying Eagles assistant coach replaced John Obuh, who was shown the exit door following a not too impressive performance of the club in the league, with the Harmony Boys rooted at the bottom of the table with 11 points after 12 league matches.

Bala led Niger Tornadoes to a second place finish at the Aiteo Federations Cup last year but was unceremoniously relieved of his duty by the management of the Minna-based outfit just few days to the commencement of this NPFL season.

In a chat with Sportsbiz247.blogspot.com, NPFL tactician said there is need to beef up the team if they are to meet the target of escaping relegation this season.

“It is a very big challenge for me but we will work very hard and pray to God to make sure we achieve our aim this season.

“The position of the team is not good and we need to beef up the team. When I saw them against El-Kanemi, I realized that we have a lot of work to do. However, we have to manage what we have presently until the transfer period,” Bala told Sportsbiz247.blogspot.com.
