VICTOR Mose has revealed that he was delighted to return to the starting lineup and help Fenerbahce to defeat konyaspor 5-1 in the Turkish football league, Sportsbiz247.blogspot.com reports.
“Great to be back out there and what a win from the boys 🙌🏿,” he tweeted after the encounter.
Fenerbahce’s goal-scorers were Garry Rodrigues (11′), Mathias Zanka (14′), Ozan Tufan (28′), Luiz Gustavo (78′) and Vedat Muriqi (82′), while Konyaspor’s sole goal came in the 16th minute — albeit an own goal by Fenerbahce defender Serdar Aziz.
The former Super Eagles forward was replaced in the 81st minute by Alper Potuk with Fenerbahce already leading 4-1.
The Chelsea loanee suffered a muscle injury in Fenerbahce’s 5-0 demolition of Gaziantep in August, which ruled him out of the club’s seven matches.
He was an unused substitute in Fenerbahce’s 2-1 victory away to Denizlispor at the Denizli Ataturk Stadium last weekend.
