TECHNICAL Adviser of Kwara
United, Abubakar Bala is optimistic that his lads will put up a better
performance when they take on Enyimba in the matchday 3 of Nigeria Professional
Football League at the Kwara State Stadium, Ilorin on Sunday.
The Harmony Boys played out a 1-1 draw against visiting Sunshine Stars
in the opening match in Ilorin last weekend before losing 2-0 to MFM FC at the
Agege Stadium midweek and Bala believes will gel together to pick the match
maximum points.
“It is not a good start and
we have been able to identify some little areas we need to work on and work on
them very fast to see us getting it right on time. This is because it is an
abridged league and we have to do it very fast starting from our game against Enyimba.
“It’s another bad one for us
but it is part of the game. The season is just commencing and we are working
gradually to see the boys blend together. We’ve also identified some mistakes
in our first match and we’ve also identified some in the second and we are
going to work very hard on them before our next match.
“Our match against Enyimba
is going to be a very tough one but by the grace of God we will work very hard
to ensure that we win. We will map out our strategies and work very hard on
them to ensure we get our three points
“With the results from the two
matches, I know our fans will be worried and everybody will want to see the
team change positively. I want to assure them that they should have rest of
mind that Kwara United will do well this season,” Bala told Sportsbiz247.blogspot.com.
