Ndidi pockets Ozil, Pereira as Leicester sink Arsenal

By Akeem Lawal
SUPER Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi shone bright like a diamond in Leicester City’s 2-0 victory over Arsenal on Saturday.

Sportsbiz247.blogspot.com reports that goals from Jamie Vardy and James Maddison capped a dominant display at the King Power Stadium as the Foxes moved into second in the Premier League table.
The Nigeria international, who prevented the likes of Mesut Ozil and Lucas Torreira from making any meaningful impacts in the midfield, Ndidi went closest to breaking the deadlock early in the second half, but his super strike hit the crossbar.

Premier League leading goalscorer, Vardy opened scoring with a well-worked 68th-minute strike - his 11th of the season before Maddison settled the game with a fantastic second, making sure Brendan Rodgers' side continued their sparkling form.

Leicester have 26 points and are above Chelsea on goal difference, leading champions Manchester City by a point ahead of their trip to leaders Liverpool on Sunday.
