MFM urges NFF to throw out Ifeanyi Ubah’s appeal

NIGERIA Professional Football League side, Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries (MFM FC) has urged the Disciplinary Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to follow the rules guiding the game as they sit on Thursday in Abuja decide on the status of their match against FC Ifeanyi Ubah.

Sequel to the crowd disturbances and harassment of match Referees in one of the fixtures of MatchDay4 of the Nigeria Professional Football League(NPFL) Championship Playoff, Kano Pillars FC has been fined Eight million Naira (N8m) and its captain, Rabiu Ali banned from all NPFL activities and matches for a period of 12 matches.

NPFL: LMC expels Giwa FC, cancels all results, goals involving the club

GIWA FC of Jos has been expelled from the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) for multiple infractions of the Framework and Rules of the NPFL, particularly for violation of B13.28 which prescribes expulsion from the league for any club that fails to honour three matches cumulatively within a season with no acceptable reason to the League Management Company (LMC).

Dalung hails LMC/ La Liga partnership

YOUTH and Sports Minister, Barrister Solomon Dalung has reaffirmed Government's commitment towards making Nigeria investment friendly.

The Minister gave the assurance when a delegation of the Spanish Professional League La Liga and the Management of the League Management Company paid him a courtesy visit in Abuja ahead of today's Technical Partnership Agreement between the LMC/ Nigeria Premier Football League and La Liga.
