Elechi happy with Go Round FC progress

By Our Reporter

GO ROUND FC coach, Ngozi Elechi is happy with the progress made by Go Round FC so far and believes he can lead the team back to the top division.

Elechi returned to the team a few games into the current Nigeria National League season and has been able to pull a draw on the road against Nnewi United, but most of all is proud of the over all play of the team.

“The only thing I can do for the team in my second coming is to ensure the team returns to the NPFL. We need the right mentality, though,” Elechi said after the game against Giant Brillars which Go Round FC won 1-0.

“We are working morning, afternoon and evening to build the right mentality in the players,” Elechi said.

He said the players must keep their heads up and stay focused.

“The NPFL is good for this team and they know it already. I have told them not to be jittery as it is those behind them o the log that should be jittery and not we who are 2nd on the table.

“The players need to see themselves as Premier League teams already,” Elechi said.

Go Round FC beat Giant Brillars 1-0, a freekick goal scored by George Vincent in the 50th minute.
