.Set
for Galatasaray debut

NIGERIAN winger Henry
Onyekuru has declared himself 100 percent fit and ready to make his second debut
for Galatasaray in the Turkish Süper Lig clash against Kayserispor this
weekend.
The Super Eagles star was
hospitalised for more than a week in Turkey due to malaria just after he sealed
a loan move back to his former club Galatasaray from Monaco.
The 22-year-old said he is
now set to make his much-awaited return to action for the Turkish side at the Türk
Telekom Stadyumu on Sunday.
“It’s a blessing to be back
doing what I love! 2020 started with little setback due to illness but I’m 100%
now. Let’s get started! God is Good,” he posted on his Instagram account on
Wednesday.
The former Everton forward
returned to the Yellow and Reds for his second loan spell from the Red and
Whites this January after failing to establish himself with the French side,
where he was limited to four games.
Before completing a
permanent move to Monaco from Premier League side Everton last summer, the
forward spent the 2018-19 season with the Yellow and Reds where he scored 16
goals in all competitions to help them clinch the Turkish Super Lig title.
