Nigerian boy, Eze grabs headlines again in Turkey

NIGERIA-BORN Francis Okwuchukwu Eze again grabbed accolades at the weekend when he helped his side, Balikesirspor SC to even scores at 2-2 with rivals, Eskisehirspor SC in the Turkish second division league.

The 23 year old first provided a hard earned assist for Mrsic Antonio to score Balikesirspor's first goal and later delivered from his lethal left-foot after beating both defenders and goalkeeper for the second goal.

Former Heartland FC Technical Adviser, Mehamet Tefun confirmed Eze is now being highly chased after by many of Turkey professional clubsides due to his sparkling performance in the second tier.






So far, Eze has played 11 league games this season scoring three goals and many assists.


His trade-mark powerful drive in-between defenders coupled with lethal left-foot finishing continues to earn the former Orlu Utd FC and Heartland FC forward rave reviews in the Turkey local media.
