RIVERS Hoopers Basketball Club are champions of the just concluded Federal Ministry for Youth & Sports Development (FMYSD) Final 8 after defeating rivals Gombe Bulls 74-57 at the Indoor Sports Hall, Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja on Tuesday.
